KT Tape 9" x 1" Black Kinesiology Sports Tape

Man, this stuff held my life together on a 30 mile rigorous backpacking trip in the White Mountains, which took 3. 5 days. I have an extremely weak right ankle which generally sprains if I look at it wrong. Bad terrain can be disastrous if I'm not being extremely careful with where I step. I got this and taped it up before hand, and I have no idea how this stuff works but it really provided not only pain relief, but stability too? Not sure how tape can do that but it HELPED. I ended up needing to apply it to my other ankle, my elbow, and my left hip flexor. I looked ridiculous at the end of the trip but my body held out pretty well. This stuff literally held it together. I cannot stress how good this stuff is.

Recently bought KT TAPE PRO EXTREME and the ice sleeve. I'm very satisfied with both. The tape always helps with whatever is ailing me at the time and the ice sleeve works great. It's easier to use than ice packs or frozen water bottles. It's easier stays in place on whatever body part I need it for. 5 stars.

I have a cracked tailbone 2 bulging disc (L4/L5) and this tape keeps swelling down and pain below a 3 for me. My legs don't go numb when I have this tape on.

Great hold, does not pull or make my skin itch and when it's ready to come off, it does so easily, and, it's pre-cut in the perfect length to get it applied by yourself without it getting stuck.

So far so good. The first application on my knee has been in place for 24 hours and survived an hour swim, a shower and long pants without coming off. The support feels great!

I like your products. Use the extreme when I am doing bench press, deadlifts or burpees. Have significant osteoarthritis of right shoulder and it's much better to employ KT than a shoulder sleeve for comfort and range of motion.

Shoulder arthritis/partial rotator cuff repair. Used it for CrossFit (rowing machine, assault bike, dead lifts, bench press etc). It helps. Give me much more freedom of motion than shoulder sleeve and doesn't all sweat up. Really only issue for me, is that for ideal placement of tape on shoulder joint area, you do need a 2nd person to ideally place tape. E

I've been using KT Tape for years. Bought a new roll yesterday, and applied it to my shoulder. I cleaned and dried the skin, let it sit for 45 minutes before I put my PJs on, and went to bed 4 hours later. Get in the shower the next morning, and it starts peeling he second water hits it. It left a little outline of residue, but came clean off without even irritating the skin. So disappointing!

I have used this tape when it was in the yellow box and loved it. Since it has been repackaged and redone the adhesive will not come off and I literally had to rip the tape off of me. It used to come off so easily but not now. I have had to switchth to a different tape as a result. Why did you mess with the perfect product. I would love to buy some of the old tape if it is still available.

I have been purchasing KT tape for years. The last time I bought it was in 2023, as a 150 strip roll. Since then, the company has redesigned the Pro Extreme and it is not for the better. The new version does not have the same elasticity that the old version had. Upon stretching it across the joints, it's stretches like a worn out rubber band and does not support in the way that the old version did. The new one frays around the edges within an hour where the old one took days of wear. You can clearly see looking at the old tape versus the new tape that the quality is just not there(see photo). The strip of tape I have from my 7/4/2023 purchase still has clean edges, where as the tape I purchased on 7/5/25 looks like it's been through the wringer right out of the box. The amount of glue residue has left me dumbfounded. The new tape has started shrinking away from the initial placement and is leaving behind lines of glue. I am scared to see what happens when I eventually take it off.
