KT Tape Black Pro Extreme Therapeutic Elastic Kinesiology Tape - 150 Strips

I started using KT tape based on a physical therapist recommendation. It definitely gives the added support while still allowing mobility in the joint. There are a lot of videos on YouTube to show how to add the tape to get the support you need. It feels a little wasteful because you only use it for one day (can't be reapplied), but I feel like it allows me to continue exercising while my body heals.

Absolutely love KT Tape. This is the best in the business and has been all along. When you need to have a recovery tape to help hold you together in any action sports this is the only way to go. I live the 150 strip pre cut large box of Extreme. They can be cut down in half either direction if needed for specific tape jobs or just used as the standard size and length. The extreme always get longer use in and out of the pool, shower or hot warm situations. Great foe summer games of any type when your athlete is sweating extra. KT Tape is the only way to go for my daughter and I, and believe me I have just about every injury possible to use its application on.

The tape works amazing on my knees. Both my knees need to be replaced. KT tape has helped me be more mobile!!

I've used KT tape for some time; in the past mostly for the usual strains and pulls. A while ago I had a bad knee sprain. This tape was the best for helping me work out while recovering.

KT is a great support aid that helps reduce pain, swelling, and improve mobility. Everyone I speak with in family and orthopedic medicine is enthusiastic about it, too. My experience ha# been about 75-80% positive, the downsides having been starting out with a “milder” form (tan) that didn't stick well or last more than a couple of days, and the occasional strip that peals back sooner than the rest of the strips I've applied. I think the positive vs negative ratio is pretty darned good overall. I don't expect magic, but I use less acetaminophen or ibuprofen than I might otherwise and I'm convinced I have better pain control because of the support I get. The physiology involving increased oxygen flow to the tissues is a factor as well, though how long that effect lasts is anyone's guess.

The tapes are great but I am having a really difficult time removing the tapes from my elbows/arms. They are stuck on tight!

I dont know what's going on with KT tape these days. The adhesive now is really bad. It either leaves adhesive on your skin or in some cases it rips off your skin.

Old tape stuck to my skin so much so it made it red and very painful to get off. Had to use alcohol and still had sticky residue stuck to my skin some came off but not all of it. I left it on there for just a 1-2 hour workout.
