KT Tape Epic Purple Pro Kinesiology Tape 20 ea

I'm bone on bone in both my knees. I have osteoarthritis, rheumatoid, and arthritis. Since I have been using KT, my life has changed. I have a lawncare business. I use a walk behind mower. On an average I walk 30k steps a day. I also am a Postal Carrier, that's a lot of steps too. This KT, saves me, saves me from swelling, inflammation, pain is minimized to a 2 if that. I'm a professional gardener and avid gym goer. I've spent the past 11 months struggling with knee pain. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I have not been able to get my pain diagnosed. I purchased the KT tape for my feet and discovered that it works on my sore knee, as well. KT tape made my sore tendon in my foot feel much better so that I was able to keep doing everyday activities. When wearing it on my knee, I had no soreness, and the tape is less bulky and not hot like my knee sleeve.

I have been using KT tape since I first saw it at the 2016 Olympics in Brazil. I won't buy any other tape for pain. Yep it costs more but it releves the pain in my big body and gives my body a chance to Heal it self properly. I highly recommend therir products especially their professional pro one for maxximum adhesion. I put it on my knees to hold my knee joitntd in place. I have osteoaritis now so it doesn't cute it but it holds your joints in place so you can move with conditioning. You still need to work it out . The step down is professional less adhesiom but enough for the back and ribs

I recently developed an extremely painful Taylor's bunion. I tried commercial products without success. I finally taped my little toe to pull it outward; and then I taped the bunion, partially covering a little toe, taping to hold it in place. After a week and a half, I am able to walk without a limp.

Awesome stuff. Not sure I'd be able to continue riding snowmobiles without it. Braces are too bulky and don't allow proper movement. This tape holds everything in place and provides amazing support+stability.

It's good for the most part but I don't know if I received a defective batch because some would come right off after less than a minute but I would get another one from the same roll and that one would stay on. I have been using the Pro and Pro Extreme for years and this has never happened.

I was hoping this "nude" color tape would not have the black stripes on it that other versions have. BUT the tape does have black ink accents on it, making it not nude at all and rather unsightly. Other than that, the tape is easy to use and is helpful for knee alignment.

The tape works well but taking it off is a problem. I used other KT Tapes and they come off cleaner that the Pro Ice. I put this on Friday night for a Saturday race. I then took it off in the shower on Monday. I had to use baby oil to get the remaining fabric part of the tape to get the pictures below. The adhesive of the tape does not come off. If you see in the pictures you can see the adhesive is still on my leg. And to make it worse it so strong that coins stay on it even when i'm standing up. My legs stick to my pants after this. I now am going to try and use Goo Gone to get the adhesive off. Also this is not the first time this has happened and I have reported it to KT Tape.
