Ruptured my right Achilles in Oct. 2016. Did not have it repaired. Have had extreme foot camping and plantar faciitis issues the last few months. Didn't believe taping could help but I was wrong. Played 18 holes of golf today with no pain! I'm now a KT believer!

I've been living with arthritis, bursitis and a partally torn rotator cuff. As a bonus gift, frozen shoulder. My skin is thinning due to medications I take so regular tape I cannot use. This is gentle enough that I can remove without tearing of skin but it sure does work in making my shoulder pain go away. I wanted to be able to life light weights to build up muscle and it is possible using this tape. An added bonus is starting to sleep better due to less pain. It's a win for me when I found this tape. Grateful.
