KT Tape Muscle and Joint Support Pain Relief Menthol Kinesiology Tape, Precut Strips, 10 Count

A longtime fan of the KT brand tape, I couldn't wait to try these new to me strips with menthol. I really thought this was just another gimmick, but it is the real deal. The strips are now infused with menthol, which not only offers a cooling sensation, but menthol also has some anti-inflammatory effects and improves blood flow. I find that these strips live up to every claim made. Stiff joints and muscles truly get relief from this product. I highly recommend

I’ve been using this product for a while now and it has really helped with joint pains after workouts and lasts a few days. It’s easy to apply and doesn’t bother me during activities. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the KT tape from HTC in exchange for my honest review. I’ve only ever tried this type of product while at physical therapy and had the therapist apply it to my low back. So, I was hesitant to figure out how to apply it myself. It is surprisingly very easy to use, and can be cut to size, which I did not realize initially. Also, I was expecting an overwhelming menthol scent, but it is hardly noticeable and had a refreshing cooling sensation for the duration the tape is in contact with the skin. I had immediate relief from the pain I was experiencing in my shoulder. I did have to use a mirror for more precise application. Removal was a little uncomfortable initially, but it is easier when tape is wet. It doesn’t leave residue either which is a huge plus for me. 5 stars!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super impressed by the KT tape. I used them on my shoulder and my lower back, I'm a hair stylist so I'm not stranger to aches and pains. I love the menthol and how it melted my pain away. The tape is good and long lasting, it stayed in place even while I worked. It moves with your body and it's super flexible, it didn't start to peel or anything like that. I recommend it to anybody that experiences any type of aches or pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had knee surgery about 20 years ago, but the pain never actually goes away. Especially after a long workout my knee can be painful and swollen. I find that this actually does a good job relieving that pain! And that is hard to find!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tape helped to relieve some minor knee pain I was having. It was easy to use, but didn't stay in place as well as I had hoped when bending. Stays in place fine if you lay in place, but if you're on the go it starts to come off. I had no allergic reaction or adverse effects to the material or active ingredients. That's always a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kt Tape muscle and joint pain relief tape with cooling menthol sounded like it would be an awesome product for me because I cross train and weight lift and have sore muscles often. But first you thing you notice when you open the package is the smell. The menthol just hits your nose and your eyes and it is strong. After applying to my knee my hands smelled and it took a couple washings to get it off. I wore it for about 3 days before it started to get a bit pinkish around the tape and I think it was probably the menthol was just too much for my skin. Peeling it off wasnt to bad but it left gooey stuff that needed to be cleaned off. Personally I think I would rather just use plain old KT tape while working out and then if I need something for muscle pain I would stick with something I could just rub in myself. I could feel the menthol working but it just wasnt for me.

Probably the worst KT Tape I have used. it does not stick, it has an unpleasant odor and when I do get it to stay longer than an hour it helps with nothing.
