Well, I know these patches were intended for neck pain, I was desperate and cut one in half and placed half of each over my knees. These greatly reduce the pain I was feeling and the discomfort from walking. The tape was secure and lasted at least 48 hours and through two showers. They helped make my trip pain-free while walking around 15,000 steps per day.

You feel relaxed, pain free and back to normal after wearing or applying the patches. I was back to normal daily activities as compared to before while going through neck pain which reduced the effeciency. It is easy to use, has good adhesion and durable.

They gently relieved my neck pain. I was skeptical at first, but after a few days of using these, I noticed that my neck pain was gone. If there was any drawback from these, the adhesive is very sticky. If you have a hairy back, I suggest you to shave before putting this on.

I work at a computer all day, and struggle with a very tight neck. I use creams and such, but they are messy and wear off quickly. That's not the case with KT patches! They stay on multiple days (and showers) and keep working; they are insanely awesome! Highly recommend if you have tight, sore muscles!!!

I started noticing the effect right away and finding comfort within 10-15 minutes. It has a cooling and soothing sensation and it lasted throughout the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone nearing 50, I’m prone to neck strains from sleeping wrong, so I tried this menthol infused neck tape. Application is easiest with the videos, I managed it myself using a mirror. The menthol scent is very subtle, and the cooling effect was minimal, even right after applying. I occasionally noticed slight cooling after showering, likely from evaporation. The tape was somewhat distracting to wear, with a constant pressure and a feel similar to an out of place bra strap. However it did help limit movements that aggravated my neck pain, which reduced discomfort. Removal after 72 hours was painful. My skin was red, irritated, and had a few spots of minor damage, though the adhesive is very strong and stayed in place. Overall it works better as a support tape than a menthol pain relief product. It may help by limiting movement, but the discomfort makes it something I’d only use for severe pain. Free product in exchange for review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The paper backing on this product is hard to separate from the product itself- would be better if it had a spot with slightly more paper to grip or more around the edge. The product is SUPER sticky and if you get any hair in it, prepare to lose that hair because it will put it out when you move. The icy feel is good while it's on but it doesn't last long. Removing the product removed all my skin and left a noticeable pattern for 2 days after the product was removed around my neck.

When I woke up in the morning I had to take the patch off because where it was applied was itching me. Left behind a huge red mark. Would not buy but maybe my skin is sensitive to it?
