Great support and sticks well, good on my skin no irritation for me, wore multiple times for several days, it kept stuck on even with exercising, walking etc. Very helpful for my knees

You got it a 6. I'm still learning to put it on correctly, today my PT person put it on for me. I really paid attention. Hopefully, next time, I do a better job. This product is better than any sleeve I've tried in the past. I'm putting another order in today. Thank for your a very helpful knee product.

Hello! I actually wanted to speak with someone about my recent order. The tape doesn't seem to stay taped to my skin. I have been using the cotton beige strips for a few months every day. My most recent order, tape is getting untaped when I walk or do any activities. Could I get a new batch? Happy to send back the ones I ordered. I ordered 3 boxes of cotton beige strips

Really works.
I use the KT fairly frequently. You can go to their website to watch a video on how to apply. I but it regularly. A little pricey so I cut the pieces in half and they a large enough.

First time KT user with an MCL injury. This product is aiding my recovery more than I thought it would. It gives me steady support, lasts through workouts and the shower, and hasn't irritated my skin. Thank you!

the cotton strips are easier
the cotton strips are easier to come off , they feel a bit stronger and more sturdy especially if doing a heavy workout or doing water aerobics they stick and stay

The tape absolutely works but
The tape absolutely works but be careful not to leave them on too long if you have sensitive skin. They can cause major skin irritations, marks, and sores. Otherwise, it wonderful for joint pain: Knee and Shoulder.
