great product!
I used this for platar fasciitis it really helped. The tape would last 2 days and the third day was pushing it. But the box tells you that if its not the PRO tape it only last 2 days. It really helps to follow online insturctions when applying it for best results. I would buy this again and I would recommend this to a friend.

Helped with several issues
My son (12) has a knee that gives him trouble. After trying several braces that slipped or rubbed, we tried the KT Tape. The times he has worn it, he has had no linger knee pain and has been able to run longer. In fact he ran a 5K recently with no knee pain during or after. Highly recommend the instructional videos on their website on how to apply it.

Unhappy
This tape does not stick well! It starts to roll up after only an hour. We have used another brand and expected it would last days like the other one but it didn't. It's half the price of the other brand but the quality is terrible! I would not purchase this product again

doesn't stick
I tried using it on my shoulder. I followed the instructions on thier website word for word. I tried it 2 times and both times it wouldn't even stick. Poor product and a waste of money.
