Ktaxon 10'x20' Canopy Wedding Party Tent Pop up Gazebo w/6 Sidewalls Black

March 10, 2026. This 10x20 black popup canopy with 6 side walls was ordered on Saturday March 7th, expected delivery today March 10, by 9.pm. This review is about the delivery. (I haven't opened it yet). I was pleasantly surprised. the popup was loaded on the truck in West Palm at 8.10 this morning. it was estimated to be delivered by 9 pm today. It arrived 7 hours earlier at 2 10 pm. :). Now I can set it up today, so I don't have to run around to do that with everything else tomorrow, for my evening event. THANK YOU ON TRAC.

Really nice, for the occasion. We put 2 tables with chairs underneath. I love it

Broke first time using. Tried to contact company, but no response. Walmart doesn't handle returns due to third party selling. Buyer beware!

This item was damaged in shipping the company refused to exchange the item. I have pictures and the damage box

This is a horrible product. i may have gotten a defective unit but immediately after having my family put it together a center beam broke. we delt with it and decided to get a replacement bar. the same say we had a heavy rain fall and this tent leaked at every seem imaginable. Not pleased at all and will be getting a refund.

I am requesting a refund. This thing is so flimsy hard to put up.

On the 2nd use, 3 support arms were broken! We used this once without any issues. It was perfect!! I just got the canopy back out (2nd time ever) to shield me from the 100* weather/sun and 3 of the arms broke. Im deeply disappointing after this and I had extended plans to use this for our annual Halloween Parties. I thought for sure thatbthis would be a longer term solution for our events.
