I contacted the company in regards to not receiving a roller bag or the sides. The company was supposed to contact me within 48 hours and did not.

Incredibly hard to set up ,cheaply made awning material ,doubt it will last long ,get yourself a easy up brand worth the extra money

Had a choice of white or light blue. I picked blue. Received black. Not happy about that.

I dislike that I purchased two tents from you and one came broken. I have ordered them for a school. I asked if it could picked up and was told no. This is poor customer service will not allow me to purchase again.

This was a nice setup until it started raining and It broke in different sections. It was staked well too. It cannot withstand not even a small wind gust So disappointed. I wasn't looking for a good canopy to take camping. The setup was easy and quick. But not worth the money

Very cheaply made. Collapsed within a couple hours of setting it up. There was a slight breeze but my other 10x10 was fine. snapped the metal frame in half.

As I was opening it up, pulling from side to side front and back three of the little poles broke right off so now it won't continue to open up I can get replacements if you send them to me and probably send a few extra and see what I can dobut if not, I'd like to return it because I'm not going to be able to use it. It's not just an easy 123 pop-up.
