Shipping was very fast and this tent is beautiful %26 the 10X20 is the perfect size! The pop up tent was very easy and fast to set up! The tent walls with the windows are so nice! However, the tent was leaking a little during the rain! Also, hard to get back into its carrying bag! But probably will purchase another one soon!

Great tent. There was a chance that it was going to rain on the event day so that morining we set it up. The only thing we noticed was once it was set up the canopy had small holes in it. It might have been from when we were setting it up, it was windy and it was hard to keep the top on until it was fully secured. It did rain and the tent was perfectly dry inside but it was not a heavy rain. The day ended up being 90 degree so when the side panels were taken down they were folded, the white paint for the window stuck to the clear window so it wreched the window pane design on some of the panels.

This tent is too fragile the same single they get broken due to a little wind.

So I bought this for events and I finally got the chance to use it but I dislike for many reasons. Firstly the steel stakes to hold down the tent bend easily and come right off the ground with a gust of wind. Secondly the “walls” have little straps that rip off easily when trying to tie them to the tent. Thirdly the top cover ripped it's not heavy duty as it looks. I am disappointed with the quality of this. Do not buy.

No, I did not like it. It was difficult to set up and once I set it up the first day it broke with a little bit of wind so now I'm not satisfied is the poorest quality I could ever ask for

The canopy pop up broke not a month in and broke to fast need to be a strong bars

CAUTION. DO NOT BUY. I received this product with a broken piece. I contacted the seller several times for a replacement part or a return and never received a response. The seller is not trustworthy and does not stand behind their product.

Horrible do not buy. The frame is flimsy. Even with securing the tent some of the riser broke. This is one use.

I would never buy this product again! I am going to be asking for a refund!!!! I bought this for my sons grad party! We bought it specifically for the party therefore didnt open it until we set up that morning for the party - when we got it opened, we went to pop it up and it broke as we were setting it up- we didnt do it wrong, it was that they didnt build it correctly, the poles were too long to allow the tent to open properly and as soon as we went to open it the poles snapped! This is the cheapest crap I have ever owned- I will never buy one again, and will attempt to return as it didnt even get used due to it breaking as soon as we went to use it on my sons grad party day! Thank god we had a family member that could lend us one that day but it wasnt as big as what we had bought! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
