Ktaxon 12-Bottle Compressor Wine Cooler, Black

Great fridge. No set up really, just plugged it in %26 set the temperature. Relatively quiet; and what I mean is if you're in the room when the compressor comes on you will hear it, but it's not overwhelming.

This is a little bit taller than what we had before but it appears to be better! It was easy to set up and the instructions were easy to follow. We find that we can place 10 unopened bottles of wine plus 2 more that have been opened at the bottom at an angle, just make sure you have at least 2 wine stoppers to use for the wines that have been opened at the bottom or else you might accidentally spill some wine! We are very pleased with this product!!!

I absolutely love it so far. If that should change in the future I will update. I especially dig the light feature. It gives exactly what I needed it to give for my lil bar area.

It seems to come on and off every few minutes. It is loud when it comes on.

We were sent an item that was not the one we ordered; it was of lesser value. We were told we would receive a full refund by two Walmart employees in customer service, Alexander and Mohamed. Never received any confirmation and when we called back we were told we needed to return the item in order to receive a refund, which is not what we were told by the customer service representatives. We will not be purchasing anything from Walmart anymore based on the poor customer service,

I received a damaged item and the offer was to get it repaired with $20 that was the customer service I received from Ktaxon. Ridiculous sending a damaged item from the start

Wine cooler was missing a "leg." I've emailed company with no response. I bought this as a Christmas for my daughter. Was so disappointed that she couldn't use it. Will be returning it.

Very noisy , compressor start envery 3 minutes for 1 minite
