This was pretty straightforward to assemble. The picture instructions were good. I'm 70 years old and it took me about half an hour to put it together on my own. There was only one tool required, a little open ended wrench, which was provided. The chains are strong, and the hooks that attached to the swing seem to be well made. The only thing I might change would be to make the chains a little bit longer, but the swing set I hung this on is higher than most, so I'm sure that's not anything anyone else would have to worry about.

Nice metal swing for the yard. I have a very tall swing set so had to use longer chains I already had. I wanted a swing without cushions so it can be out in the rain. This swing seems sturdy and is attractive.

Perfect size and shape and super easy construction! Only had 8 bolts to screw on and the chains use carabiners that are easy to adjust as needed! Took less than 10 minutes to start swinging.

Like the chair swing, but will need cushion for comfort! And I see that it says, 'without stand'... I really wish only the swing was shown without the stand. The mind plays tricks!

Assembly was fairly easy and the swing looks good. Connecting the chains wasn't a problem, but a 5-foot width would have been ideal. The manufacturer should consider including mounting springs; I actually had to purchase 9-inch springs separately because the chains are quite short. Without the extra length from the springs, shorter people would need a step stool just to get into the seat.

mine was missing parts. and no hole for back piece to screw into. my husband had to weld it. not to mention it was supposed to be a white grey color and was ugly brown. now o have to paint it. should have not ordered.
