I have a lot of shoes and have been looking for a more convenient way to store them. My office manager at work found after I complained about one I ordered and returned from another site. What I like about this product is that it is sturdy, allows easy access to my shoes, can hold a variety of shoes, and keeps them neatly stored. I was able to fit at least four pair of heels in each compartment or two for larger boots/booties. You also have flexibility in how you want to stack the storage unit and place the inner panels. I would definitely recommend this product particularly if you need to maximize space. The only problem with the item is some missing pieces. I ordered two boxes and was missing two 30cm x 30cm panels (A), three 30 cm x 40 cm panels (B) and five 30 cm x 40 cm panels (C). There also is a little trial and error with putting in the panels to ensure they're facing the correct way, but once you figure that it, it's easy to put together.

I purchased (2) sets. I love them. The assembly instructions are not very clear but go online will help you figure out how to do it. The only complaint i have is that there should be much better solution that the plastic connectors. They are easy to break since they are plastic.

live it so far. its is time consuming, the instructions are not good,pictures are not clear at all, so i went of some tips off YouTube. once you get the base its just repeating all the way up. i got the 72 pair one.

I'm on the fence about this shoe rack, for the price of it, I think I'm getting a lot out of it. however the assembly process like the others have mentioned is terrible, I probably spent a few hours assembling a 3X3 on my first try. then I assembled a 1x2 which still took half an hour. it does hold shoes very well and I like the clean white look of it. however it is not the most sturdy and the connection pieces fall off if someone pulls on the box.

Recommendation is Nuetral. Very time consuming to assemble or to take apart if returning, so I keep it. A bit pricey for the quality. doors are not opaque on the white rack, which was disappointing. not sure about the longevity, stability probably not good for younger children. However, it does look nice and tidy when complete.

I absolutely love this! The only problem I have is there are not enough clips to fully assemble all of the parts. I’m not sure where to get additional ones so I have a lot of extra pieces.

Instructions were included BUT the illustrations were black blobs. No help at all. Frames that unit is built with pop out of the plastic holders very very easily. Will it out last my roommates patience before it collapses? We will see, thankfully I was on the labor to put it together. Very frustrating to assemble.

The directions are not helpful, but it's not too hard to build once you figure it out. Rack is sturdy and offers a neat look way better than a standard shoe rack. I would add a finished picture but I didnt receive enough peices to complete all of the boxes. I've sent an email for additional brcakets but haven't heard back nor received extra peices.

I only received 36 completed cubes. There were 15 extra rectangular pieces with no square pieces to complete the cubes. I was very disappointed. I also had to secure the 3 bottom rows with zip ties because they were not secure and kept popping out.

All the parts wasn’t in the box I was told I couldn’t return it or get a refund nor did the company send me the replacement parts I emailed them about, Walmart emailed me to let me know they received the email but nothing happened after that, I emailed both companies again and got no response from Walmart or the manufacturer.
