Overall quality just ok. The wheels are the worst thing about the luggage. First time using the large suitcase the wheels would not go straight. They kept wanting to turn sideways so you could not push. Had to pull on back wheels and that was not fun either.

l just received my suitcase set. Right away l cannot set the TSA locks. Also the description of the item says the LARGEST case is expandable, it is NOT. But becausecof the cost lnam willing to them out on my trip next week !!!

The middle sized suitcase came broken. It had a hole in the corner. Do I need to return the whole set OR just the mid sized one that is broken? Ggrrr

the first time I took these suit cases on a trip one of the wheels broke off. it seems the product could not take the trip when being put on an air plane

I never received this item. I got a message a day after it was supposedly delivered. I was supposed to get a replacement but have yet to receive that order.

This seller is a scammer, you won't receive anything. I ordered multiple sets, to different addresses and never received anything. I have a camera showing there was no delivery ever made and they won't refund my money.

The website says my order was delivered, but I checked my security cameras and my neighbors' cameras, and nobody received it by mistake. I contacted the website, and they said they would get back to me, but after 4 days I still haven't received a response. It's very disappointing because I needed the suitcases for my family vacation next week.

Biggest scam. Ordered multiple and never received anything. Still fighting to get my money back. Don't waste your time.
