Sent a damaged product
I am VERY upset that I purchased an item from you and it was damaged and cracked (one of the drawers and I have pictures.) I cannot return it because it's already put together and I need it for work. I called Walmart and they refused to help me. How do you mail a DAMAGED product that is put in a box by hand???????

my desk was literally snapped in half, such a HUGE inconvenience because now i have to go out of my way and ship it back which is VERY Heavy and wait another week or 2 for a replacement.... very disappointing

Cannot finish building. Due to missing pieces.
Missing pieces. Bottom plywood of the drawers to hold items is missing. Cannot finish to put back together. Did NOT come with instructions. Found the instructions online.

Very disappointed. My husband just got the opportunity to open the box and put this desk together. All was ok besides the top drawer. The measurements are off, the drawer cannot close. He took it apart and back together again , and the same thing. It appears the manufacturer's holes are not aligned
