KUCHT 18 in. Counter Depth Built-In Freezer in Custom Panel Ready

We bought this built in panel ready refrigerator for our new build home in Sanibel Florida. I love that it has plenty of room to fit all my ingredients. I love to cook from scratch and this is the perfect refrigerator for our custom kitchen. It's definitely a beautiful a statement piece.

The refrigerator has a well organized interior with plenty of storage space. The freezer compartments are easily accessible.

The Refrigerator and freezer are well made for modern living. There's a European vibe to it. I like to cook and have a large family. For our needs, I think the size of both the fridge and freezer are lacking. For example, if we were having a party and catered food, a standard full size tray would not fit the depth of the refrigerator shleves. The icemaker works very well, but can overflow. Ice gets trapped behind the drawer and the door wont shut. We have to use an extension tool with claw to retrieve the ice. I think this fridge/freezer would suit most modern families because people cook at home less.

Great looking refrigerator but both customer service and technical support as Re a bit poor. I asked what water filter model does my unit use and no one at the 800 number knew. I was shocked that the main office and technical service were that uninformed

Another Kucht beauty. Ample storage space and works perfectly, as expected. Would have given this refrigerator 5 stars but we are struggling with the ice maker.

We bought it July 2022 and haven't had a problem with it until this week. Waiting to see how long it takes customer service to help us with the ice maker. Other than that we love the refrigerator.
