After reading through the reviews for this rug, I decided to go ahead with my purchase with the expectation that I would possibly receive a "thin, shiny, plastic-and cheap-looking patio rug with fold marks that might take some time to relax." What I received: Presentation was awesome. The rug was folded in a box and looked exactly as pictured online. It was more matte than shiny. Material is straw-like and probably not something you want to slide furniture over a bunch of times. But it is serviceable, and the fold marks will surely relax once battered by the elements. It doesn't look expensive (because it isn't at $0.81 per square foot), but it doesn't look cheap either. At $65 for an 8' x 10' rug, it is a great value and a solid purchase. Very pleased!

I'm so in Love with this Rug, it's the Petfect material for outside it doesn't get dirty or hold dirt like the other rugs I've had in the past ordering a smaller one for the other side of my back yard

This rug is perfect for my patio. Waterproof and I'm really happy about because we have gotten quite a bit of rain here and it's still looking great! I walk a lot of times on it barefoot and no complaints at all.

Worst purchase Ive ever made in my life. Scheduled a return. Plastic rug. I read the reviews first, im amazed any human would like this. first off it comes folded. good luck getting those creases out of plastic. second, it's totally plastic with a straw like feel. if you try to put a table and chairs on top of this please know that you will not be able to slide the chairs in and out from under your table. it will tear the rug. this is by no means meant for heavy traffic. I love the color pattern and design but this is just dumb. Seriously a total waste of time and money.

It smelled like chemicals, I Tried to return it. Drove to two different Walmarts, time and gas wasted . Because it was a second party seller (buyer beware) I could not return it. Forty somethingrip dollars wasted for a plastic rug that smells. Will not purchase anything online from Walmart again.
