Vendor can't count
Product description: "This package contains twelve 12x9 inch felt sheets." Actually, package contained 1 sheet. One. For 6 bucks. Clearly, it never occurred to their quality control people that $6 seemed pricey for a single sheet that typically sells for 32 cents. Adding to the pleasant experience was trying to return it through WalMart. Stood in line for like 30 minutes before the customer service rep said they couldn't return it because their printer was out of label paper. Good times.
