This recovery suit is a MUST for post surgery protection and it gave our fur baby the opportunity to have a much better experience with his surgery. Our golden retriever was recently neutered and the “cone of shame” was not allowing him to sleep comfortably, eat or drink without assistance, and was likely slowing his healing process. We found this suit and it was exactly what he needed! The design provides complete protection of the surgical site and a simple process to remove the Velcro strap and expose the hindquarters to allow you to take your dog out to relieve themselves without soiling the suit. Once they are done, you simply remove the strap from the Velcro flap that secures it and put the suit back on without causing pain or injury. You can easily check the site to make sure it's healing. I definitely recommend this product. You might want to get two so you can have one for your pup to wear while you launder the other.

Absolutely love this!! My dogs are so small and have a unique body so the outfits are always falling off. It was u til I came across this surgical thing that changed everything!! I use them when we go visit family or friends with other dogs. I put diaper and then this suit and my dogs handle it very well. Nice and tight and stays all night. Only thing is if you want to take them out potty, you have to take it off but that's tooo easy. Stress free when they walk around their house. STRONGLY recommended. For my winny dog I had to go with Medium. Chihuahua had to do S. But mi chihuahua little over weight so I would recommend XS.

This little surgical-suit was a perfect alternative to wearing a cone for 2 wks for our puppy after her spay. It's easy to put on, seems very comfortable, can undo the bottom half and tuck in for bathroom trips. Definitely worth the $ and it was shipped/received very quickly! Very pleased!

Used for my 67 pound golden retriever when he was neutered. Much more comfortable than the inflatable cone. I bought the XXL based upon some other reviews, but I think the XL would have been perfect. Even though a little big, still worked great. Washes well too.

This onsie fit well and is well made. Bought for our male for post neutering. Buy two so you have one to wash. No mess from the surgery. He can't hold every drop before we take it off.

Our dog is recovering from a dog attack with wounds on his lower back. After failed attempts at wearing an e-collar, a surgical suit (made of a thicker material), and even putting our dog in human clothing, this recovery suit was perfect and he tolerates it well. The fabric is breathable and stretchy, and the design is easy to put on/ off. For reference, our dog is a 95lb German Shepherd mix with a long body, and the XXL size was perfect.

Bought the S for my mini dutchound, and XA for my chihuahua. It fits perfect but if you have a chihuahua that's skinnier than mine I recommend to go xxs. But XS was perfect for mine. For my winny dog S was a little large but it was the best one to pick because of them length of my dog. If you have regular dutchound I recommend to go M. The return was smooth. I first bought two S and then had to swap. These are great for when I want to take my dogs out to someone's house that also have a dog. The outfit is stretchy, and fits with diaper. The clothing quality is great. Only the patch is a little cheap and makes me neevous. But so far is doing the job. And im very happy with it.

This worked perfectly for what I needed it for which was to protect the incision on my dog following her being spayed. It runs small so pay attention on the length of your dog when taking size into consideration. You can always tighten the velcro straps but its hard to stretch to the right length. We only needed it for 3-4 days and mostly at night because we can keep a closer eye on her during the day. Hope this helps.
