We ordered and used a lot of diff backpacks for our Boston Terrier. This was the most sturdy and comfortable. My Boston pup weighs 22lbs and enjoys hikes but after a few of miles he is ready for a break to keep up with our red heeler mix. This backpack served us well! Highly recommended!

This backpack is perfect for my cat. It is easy for her to get in and out of it. I can carry some of my own stuff as well. I have had other pet backpacks that hurt my back and are unable to carry anything but the pet. This backpack is so much better.

The G train has worked out great! I have a little Brussels Griffon and am now able to take him with me to so many places. I do clip him in and am confident he is safe and comfortable.

We tried out a number of backpacks but couldn't find one that was comfortable for both us and our dog. The Kurgo one is awesome! Our 14lb dog enjoys riding in it and all of the various adjustment points means we can make it comfortable for us to wear. It is heavy, but that's what you'd expect having a dog strapped to your back! Our dog has very short legs and a long body. We inserted several folded towels in order to make a booster seat for him. He now sits up nice and high. Before we created the booster, he was sitting too low in the bag and would start coughing from the zippered opening digging into his neck. I highly suggest playing around with boosting your dog if they have a more unusual body shape, especially short legs. We are so happy with this bag. We can take him on hikes and now that he's older he honestly seems to prefer getting to ride in the pack. He really loves it!

Overall a great bag. As a hiker, I appreciate all the adjustable straps to get the best fit and all the organization. Plenty of room for my 10lb mini poodle and both our personal items for the day. He's super comfortable in it. So much so that he's reluctant to get out when it's time. I think he's right in the sweet spot for size with this bag. He can comfortably sit and look out the “window” and still enough room to curl up at the bottom to lay. A very tiny dog would likely get swallowed and much bigger would be uncomfortable. I do wish there was a bit more ventilation for hotter days and still be able to close the “window.” But that doesn't keep us from enjoying our adventures in it.

This product so far is very sturdy. It is roomy and comfortable for my 25 lb 16-old terrier. Teaching old dogs a new trick of riding in a pack worried me but she is zipped in very securely and the leash tether built into the pack helps remind her she can't jump. Haven't tried it out in hot weather yet but it is well ventilated on the sides.

It's super comfy for the dog and generally for the person wearing the back pack. One flaw that easily can be fixed is that The hard plastic on the bottom makes it sore on the lower back if carried for two days in a row. So there should be padding on the plastic as well.

Great pocket space. Took my dog on a flight and it was my only allowable personal item. I was able to easily stash pretty much the contents of my purse/tote bag in there! For airplane travel, it worked quite well. Won't need to use my Sherpa carrier anymore.

Great quality backpack. I found it to be quite expensive for the product but my dog loves it. The one thing I would change on the design of the backpack is to have the stabilizing rods concealed in a holding pocket on the outside of the pack so as not to take up space inside the pack.

This bag is not great for hiking or dogs. There is no way for your dog to see out if you do zip up the top panel. The ventilation is in the pockets on the side so if you try to carry water for yourself or your dog you block off some of their ventilation. It has no support in the hip belt and no customization for shorter dogs. It needs to be redesigned
