if youre gaming the battery runs out decently fast, 3 consistent hours max until you have to worry about plugging in. other than that this laptop is impeccable in every last aspect for its money value, definitely recommend for beginners' in life who wants a step up from their familys old 4gb laptop, well, the step is more like 3 notches but still worth buying

Terrific to get you Through General and Basics Everyday Task. Also Excellent With Video uploading. I would suggest the Manufacturer ir Creator Improve the Video Quality of the Camera to 1040 HP or 4K after you use the tge Built-in Video Recorder. But other Than That, No complaints. Just Buy your Own Separate Video recording Camera and Microphone to be on the Safe side of things.

The mixed reviews AFTER I purchased the laptop gave me the heebee jeebees. However the seller packed and shipped item as promised. I hate to think what might of happened if it was ordered from Amazon since they do no protect their packages. Int. Adapter was great. No mouse, but I am content with the item. Ty.

Over all, the computer is fast. I like the features that it has, BUT I cant recommend it because it is cheaply made. The screws started falling out after the first week, then the power supply plug went bad. After getting a replacement power plug, the internal power jack went bad. 3 months into the ownership, I sent it back for a replacement. We will see how that one goes.

This is a trash computer. I literally returned the same day. Everything takes 10 minutes to load. It’s hard to click the mouse, won’t even connect to WiFi. I have excellent enternet connection on every other device but even sitting right next to the router computer says the connection is poor and can’t even use the internet. Waste of money and the fact that’s it’s regular priced $13000 is a scam. They’re lying. Wasn’t even worth the $300 I paid

Laptop was nice, but wifi stopped working after a week. Problem is I cannot return it. KUU TECH says to return it to walmart, or get a shipping label from walmart and send it back. Because it's 3rd party walmart won't accept it and has the area blocked out so you cannot print a return label on line. Anyone want to buy a laptop with no wifi cheap.

When the laptop arrived, it was partially charged. I set it up and added antivirus software. I then proceeded to connect the power cord because the battery was getting low and the power cord doesn’t fit. I can’t find a similar cord and can’t factory reset it without it being plugged in. I wish I had left this at Walmart like I started to.

i never received my laptop. i contacted wal mart and was told it not their problem. I had to deal with their automated system, and it kept telling me to return the item. Again, i never received my item. Then i was deactivated from their site for return violation. I finally got ahold of a woman who told me she could reactivate me but could not help me with my item telling me i had to deal with my credit card company. this has been a awful experience.

I ordered this new computer, and it stopped working less than 90 days later. At first, I thought it was the power source, but a new cord didn't work. This vendor has refused to refund the purchase of this item. This is the worst experience ever with this third-party seller. AMAZON WOULD NEVER.

My merchandise did NOT arrive on the promised date and it has been a whole week and a half past (going on 2 weeks) that promised date and still nothing. If I can do it all over again, I would order this same merchandise from Amazon, which has a much better delivery system. Walmart uses the United States Postal Service which has rightfully earned its nickname -"The Snail Mail". Had I known it would not arrive on the promised date and be late by nearly 2 weeks, I would have taken that cash into a store instead and purchased the merchandise. I am still waiting. The United Postal Service tracking system keeps indicating "delivery delayed".
