Great Home Upgrade
I love the smart key capabilities so I don't have to go get new keys made and this model is pick and force open protected and believe me I gave it a few good tries myself

Support/Service means everything
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my entry door Kwikset combo pack 20 years ago and it was guaranteed a lifetime. The finish worn down some and I contacted them, sent a few pictures, and they sent me a replacement set, FOR FREE. Now that's standing behind your product. Remember, nothing lasts forever, but a lifetime guarantee.

Awful return policy/Be cautious before you order
I thought I bought from Walmart on line. Unfortunately it was purchased through Buildcom. Buildcom's return policy is awful as you have to pay for the return shipping and tracking. I will not order from Walmart nor Buildcom.

Rusting
Works good but rusting in two years. Surprised that an exterior door lock would rust, especially that fast.

Bad Knob Design
I found online and had my contractor install both on my front door and back door. The back door I used the most, the knob get loose and the knob has come off in my hand twice. The inside knob with the screws just slides off with the screws still in place. I do not feel secure that the knob just slides off in my hand. I am older and do not have a strong grip or pull the knob too hard. Also, neither set came with the SmartKey. I am very disappointed in the knobs and the design!
