I purchased these as "new" but received two struts in extremely poor condition. It was evident that they had been purchased opened, and returned before. There was no protective packaging around either strut, causing them to bang around during transit, which resulted in visible damage. Every surface of the parts was scuffed or scratched. These should never have been sold as new. At best, they should have been labeled "open box - fair condition" and offered at 50-70% discount. As these were "sold by and shipped by Walmart," someone in the warehouse intentionally selected these items to send to me. Given the severity of the damage, I did not risk reordering another set from Walmart, assuming I would receive items in the same condition. I returned these to my nearest store within 30 minutes of opening the package and ordered from another online seller.
