Friendly bacteria
It comes with a variety of different friendly bacteria. Great especially if you are one who can't have dairy stuff like yogurt. It's comes in a not-so-big bottle that I can take it with me when I travel.

Good overall probiotic
The Kyo-Dophilus 9 is a good probiotic which doesn't bother my stomach if I take more than one in a day. I would order again.
