These tablets are small green ones, easy to swallow and a lot in one bottle at a great price. Quite a few ingredients instead of buying them separately. Since the product claims to be a good source of vitamins, I just take about 3 of these small tablets and half the dose of my regular multivitamin. Better yet, there is no strong smell that one sometimes notices in multivitamins.

I have been using Kyogreen for some time. It is bar none one of the most well rounded effective Green supplements out there. I am VERY thankful to Swansons for offering it at such an affordable price, I was paying way more and it was getting so costly because my whole family takes it. I would HIGHLY suggest anyone give Kyogreen a try, you will NOT be dissapointed.

Great for getting your daily greens. Convenient. Gives me energy. A little difficult to swallow--they want to stick in my throat because they don't have a slick coating, but that's probably best for digestion!

This is an excellent product for convenient quickly absorbed energy that replenishes rather than depleting.
