Kyocera- DuraForce Pro 2 with Sapphire Shield E6910 Black - Verizon Unlocked

I have had Kyocera phones since 2011 and loved them because they are so tuff and functional. I was in charge of phones for a large mining company for a few years and I got the Kyocera flip phones for the miners and the smart phones for the supervisors and mining is a true test on the toughness of Kyocera. Unfortunately, Kyocera is no longer making mobile phones and I couldn't afford a brand new one on social security so I found this one. It turned out to not be unlocked so I had to go with Verizon which was twice more than consumer cellular but my husband needs a tough phone and I have tried several models including motorola but nothing lasts better than the Kyocera.

My younger son had one of these phones was about to purchase the new pro 3 he had such good luck with this phone he decided on a second one of these while the other still work flawless been dropped the pool as well as hot tub and still functions 100 % as it should he when hiking and dropped across some rocks hit right on the edge never touched the screen but broke a small piece of the outer courner still functional phone. Bought two this time one for each of my boys

It looked good but spent two hours on the phone with Verizon they said that the fact you couldn't receive a text they could not fix it. Told me to send lt back so I did.

Phone froze up and went to the screen of death within two weeks.

Ordered 2 phones. One phone could not get all of our apps to load. The other phone after taking forever to get everything moved over and loaded only worked for two weeks. It turned off and will not come back on. When on charger a red light comes on but will not turn back on. The seller refused to exchange or refund. Do not buy.

The battery died fast. I have verizon monthly service and have never had an issue with adds. While trying to text you constantly get adds. i tried downloading a different message app then the one the phone came with and still so many adds. I dont get it. stopped using it after two days and went back to my old cracked phone

The phone looks sturdy but after about a week the phone stopped charging. Tried different chargers even a wireless one and the phone will not charge and will not turn on.

you couldn't get a sims card to work in it.

i cant use it with my network. was supposed to be unlocked and its not.

had it less than a month and it completely shut down
