Works great! Couldn't order through our Att account but was able to get through Walmart! Old one quit charging. Seller came through and was delivered promptly and on schedule!
It's a great phone but there are lack of features I'm not impressed with. No Bluetooth is the biggest of them all there's some other issues I'm not very fond of but overall it's a decent phone and it's making my grandfather happy.
I bought this phone is June and am delighted with it! I had a Rugby for the last 7 years and was very wary of trying a different brand. This phone has terrific sound qualities, is quite intuitive to use, has all the features I wanted and excellent battery life. if you need a phone to make clear calls, easy texting, take decent pictures and access to all the other things that you use infrequently like the internet ( which is also easy to use) this makes a great phone. It is also a tough phone, feels and behaves like it is well built. I am very happy with the purchase and applaud Kyocera for making a flip phone that is rugged and 4G with so many nice features.
I like the buttons vs the tough screen as the screen don,t always sense my fingers also with the flip top keeps me from pocket dialing and I like the star trek communication look . Its a tough little phone , I haven't tested the water proofing or dropping but with me it is only a matter of time. I like the reduced number of buttons on the outside of the phone as my fat fingers always had a hard time holing my old phone with out missing something up, also I think it would make a nice weapon, as I can throw it and bean them in the head while I make my escape. P.S I would come back for it later.
I decided to go back to the old school flip phone and I am pleased with that decision. I had a Samsung smart phone and it is a good phone but more than I need and I didn't want to learn the technology for a smart phone - too much phone for me. This phone is easy to operate and provides all the tools I need (texting, email, phone calls) for the time being. It isn't fancy or a status phone but I do like it and I no longer make random calls without knowing it.
Like a flip phone, not a big smart phone app guy, mostly a few txt, calls, and check a weather radar site, local news channel site and national news site. Bookmark these sites and I'm good to go. Sound quality is very good, the browser works reasonably fast. Contacts and using them is good. I would say this phone is for the person who isn't a huge app use type. Carries well in the pants pocket, very sturdy and you close it...the call has ended.
Everyone says they can not hear me at all when I am speaking directly into the microphone. They say I sound like I am echoing. This is the second phone in 1 year that I had to purchase for the same reason and I had to pay this phone in full before you would activate the line and I get a terrible phone
Phone arrived used and I can not even open the back to put the SIM card in to see if it works. Item was described as new. This item is obviously used. The crevices still have the dirt in them from previous use,the screen has marks on it, and the back of the phone is scuffed up.
The phone was listed new. When I received it was a used and cleaned up phone. I've spoken with 3 representative and still no resolution to either getting priced reduced or a new phone sent in the place of this false advertisement.
i was told that this is stronger than a samsung rubgy2. since day 1 people had difficulty hearing me talk unless i angles the bottom towards my mouth. 10 days in i dropped the phone and the screen broke. i dropped my rugby more than 100 times and it worked great.
