I take it for blood pressure and cholesterol. It is very good combo for that. I also take it with a teaspoon of fish oil for better absorption. I was worried the turmeric will repeat on me but it did not at all. Pleasant to take, just once a day. I take 2 caps in the morning.

I am unhappy with this product. The regular Garlic products are great but I seem to get no benefit from the Tumeric in this product. Maybe they need to add mor Tumeric and Bioperene which will make it work better. I would pick another Tumeric product with BIoperene(Black Pepper Extract).

I won't buy it again as it has magnesium stearate in it, which has nothing to do with magnesium of course. It is a chemical, which helps machine to load the powder onto the capsule and that's it. I don't want to put any unnecessary synthetic things into my body, as we are surrounded by many chemicals anyways.... and as a population getting more sick every decade.
