I take 2 in the morning and 2 more in the afternoon if the stress is high and energy is low. This works so good, I can sure feel the difference when I don't take them. It seems to just be so healthy for your entire body. I don't want to be without this!

Great Energy Booster
I purchase these for my 83 year old mother, and she says they give her more energy. She claims she notices a difference if she goes a few days without taking them.

kyolic is mainstay to me for 15 years
I have taken Kyolic for many years. In the past it was the extract form put in the capsules as needed. This pill form is more convenient and the days I don't take it I don't have as much energy or stamina that I need

Kyolic NO ODOR
Kyolic is the ONLY garlic supplement I have ever tried over the years that has NO odor. In fact it smells like vitamin when bottle is opened!
