Easy to swallow. I usually forget taking two pills twice a day but for this one I never forget taking them.

Would give it 5 stars but its a little lacking in the phytosterols dosage, so I might just have to buy garlic by itself and then some phytosterol supplements as well, but still really like this brand, taking it lower my cholesterol.
