It may be influenced by my nutritionist opinion, but I actually feel better with this than "regular" omega supplements.

It contains omega Garlic along with Vit E which reduce the cholesterol take 2 softgel tablets on daily bases AM and PM will see the difference after 3 months

I bought it for my husband whose over average cholesterol level. This product contains omega 3 plus garlic extract. He just started taking it a few days and doesn't know the effect yet. Instead of taking two per day, he just takes one per day since we don't know the long-term effect of taking garlic extract supplement. So it's better to minimize any risk. However, we hope one per day would help lower his cholesterol level. He plans to continue taking it until the next medical check up next year.

according to the blood tests - I've 0 effect on the cholesterol levels. Very disappointed. I'd a lot of faith in Kyolic effectiveness. No negative effect either.
