I have no side effects from the pill, no burping up garlic taste. I can't tell if it is working or not until I get another calcium test on the heart in a few years. Doctor says this will help stop blockages and further advancement of existing blockage but will not reverse what is already there. Though in shape at 55 years of age and have a good diet, was 40% blocked. I started taking this to stop the genetics fighting against me. Time will tell.
