The capacity is even larger than I thought. Never seems to run out of space to insert large towels. Very quiet, great selection of cleaning options. Amazed how much moisture it pulls from the load which obviously reduces time needed in the companion dryer. Easy to use selection knob, cleans fantastic, and a cute melody to alert you when it's done. Very happy with this new toy!

I wwnt for this big because it advertised the ability to wash 2 king sized comforters. We have a queen size and a full size beds and we can wash both bedding sets at once.

I bought this about a month ago. I had bought the matching dryer last year when my old one died. I LOVE the extra large loads I can do and the large assortment of settings. It's Perfect!!! Doesn't hurt that it's beautiful to look at too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my LG washer and dryer this is the second time I've brought this set and it matches our color scheme in our beautiful new home.

Bought the washer back in June first one came in damaged. Received the second one in a timely manner. I had some large loads of towels and blankets to wash as we had used them to wrap our furniture during our move here. The Jumbo load did a terrific job of cleaning everything and really cut down the amount of loads I would have had to have done with a regular washer. Very happy with my purchase so far.

We just moved into our home and the previous owner had left these. We love them, but the owners left them in pretty rough shape. We've tried cleaning but they are still pretty moldy, and our cold Water setting doesn't seem to work. I've tried to find replacement parts, but can't seem to find any on site.

I bought this product a year ago as LG had positive reviews. Less than a year the washer is squeeking during wash and after if you turn the drum manually. The drum after washer is hard to turn now. LG sent a technician and even with 3 videos he only said he didn't hear anything and maybe something was in ther and washed away. I am now here in less than a year with a washer I cannot use and LG cannot or will not fix. Do not waste your money
