Pills are kind of big, so be aware of that if you have trouble swallowing pills, but I didn't have any issues!

I noticed that since taking these pills, I am able to perform better and recover faster. I take one pill twice daily, after breakfast and before dinner, with a full glass of water.The pills are huge but I already have a multi-vitamin the same size so it does not bother me. I experienced no weird after taste or side effects.
