It takes 4 tablets to get the advertised dosage so you're getting a one month supply and not a four month supply. I don't agree with this but it's kind of common across suppliers. I was OK with having to take more per serving because the product is listed as CAPLETS. They're actually large, chalky TABLETS. I can handle them but I think smaller people would really struggle to get them down, and they're specifically what I thought I was avoiding with this product.

Very large pills and to have to take one 4 xs a day on an empty stomach is definitely a challenge makes me a little nauseous, just make sure you eat atleast 15mins after taking.

Not Happy with results.
I've been taking this for a couple weeks and my BP has actually gone up, I researched this as to help lower BP but it's not working for my so I won't be buying it again. Beet root helps better.
