This is good stuff... I no longer have sore musculs after work outs since i started using it.

I started using it as part of a "cure" that I signed up for that didn't work. I'm still using it only because it's become part of my morning ritual. I'd say- If you want arginine, just get arginine capsules. They're cheaper.
