A quality product of L-carnitine I have tried so many brand and this is one of then best ones. The powder is so easy to give my dog, she has health issues and the vet recommended this, it has worked out she doesn't mind the taste.
Nutricost always has good quality on their supplements.
Exactly what I ordered taste is a tiny bit butter but not bad or intolerable so it’s great !
Very good product and quality. It works well, just be sure to take 3-5 grs per day, specially days you are training/walking/running My weight is dropping down easily. I start my day with 3 grs and take 2 around 3pm in just a glass full of water. You will not need anything else if your diet is ok and you exercise 4-6 per week
Didn't really know what it was used for, was just using it as part of a post workout recipe. Definitely felt a difference of increased energy when I looked it up they mentioned it was a fat burner and I don't need that but live they energy felt better than caffeine.
I use this in a post workout drink. Rather than purchase a top brand post workout powder 30 servings for $152.00 I combined the same ingredients Nutricost Betaine Anhydrous Trimethylglycine powder, Nutricost L Carnitine powder, Bulk Supplements BCAA 2:1:1 powder and Bulk Supplement Beet root powder and the cost is around 45 bucks !
In order for this to be effective for fat loss and lean muscle mass, take 4-6 scoops (4-6grams) a day. Take 2-3 scoops in morning and afternoon or pre and post workout. To push into muscles, take with 40-75 grams of carbohydrates, such as juice or high glycemic carbs like poptarts. To mitigate any tmao conversion in gut, take with odorless garlic, 500mg each split. Take for 90 days at least, to get muscles saturated in carnitine. To recap: 2-3 scoops before workout with 500mg (equivalent) garlic and 40-60carbs, repeat after workout, take for at least 90days. This will push fatty acids to the mitochondria to burn fat for energy, increase androgen receptors for test and dht uptake, giving you more lean mass and recovery.
I take Vyvanse and this counter acts the side effects and come down. It also helps to avoid neurotoxicity. I can tell a huge difference after I take it, the meds tend to make my short term memory weird after a few days, and taking this sets my wiring back to where it needs to go. It also helps tremendously with my anxiety. The downside is the taste and smell.
I must have missed the actual size of this but it's extremely small. I've had this for a while but I just decided to use it 2 days ago. This comes with a very small, scooper. I used one small scoop in an 8 oz cup of water and drank an additional 8.9 oz bottle water after taking it. I wanted to have something wonderful to say about this but I can't. Shortly after taking this my heart began to race. I mean really race to the point that I took a low dose aspirin to ensure that I did not have a heart attack. I will not continue to use. Please read the possible side effects because this isn't good for everyone. I had to research this a little deeper than before but there is information out there that says that this amino acid can cause a heart attack. I would use this with extreme caution.
I took this daily as directed for a week and started to develop a very strong odor. My sweat smelled quite fishy. But much MUCH worse, the smell coming from between my legs was STRONG and very noticeable. Maybe for people with cis men anatomy down below, this might not be as big of an issue. The sweat, I may be able to live with. But there is too much transfer of smells from down below for me to handle. Because I only took it a week, I cannot vouch for its efficacy otherwise. I would give it no rating if I could because maybe it works, and maybe it works for you and maybe you won't smell so fishy. But I, personally, cannot take this any longer.
