Fast, Delicious, Authentic Char siu sauce!
I use this marinade for grilling or broiling chicken and pork. So simple, and tastes authentic and homemade. I usually use a 1/2 bottle for 2 pounds of meat and marinate for 24 hours in a pinch, a couple hours will work but the flavor is not as intense. I always keep a bottle on hand for last minute dinner options on the grill.
