Great for keeping your folic acid up!
My grandmother warned me our family tends to come up positive for the mthfr gene as she and her cousins have it. Seeing as I'm dealing with low folic acid due to having to drop wheat because we found out I had a wheat allergy. I bought this to take daily to make sure I get some in my body. I noticed I started feeling more awake during the day after taking it. I definitely recommend if you need it.
