Not as bad for price cushions are little stiff but new other then that ok for price spent

The order and delivery was horrible. I'll keep it short. Ordered, charged, tracked, lost, called, refunded, found, notice to be charged again, called, days later, damaged box, damaged couch. After assembling one part of the couch, the following observations were made: The cushions (very little stuffing) were very stiff (directly on springs) making them very uncomfortable to sit on. The back pillows were poorly made with no uniformity with stiching and size between the pillows. Overall the couch looked very cheap. The return was as horrible as the order and delivery. I'll keep it short as well. Repackaged couch, requested return label, request denied, informed to call customer rep, called into the round robin, spoke to a rep, initiated return label, received one digital lable, went to FedEx, needed two lables, could not drop at location, sent to main shipping warehouse, called for second lable, spoke to rep, cancelled first label, initiated second lable, do not need two lables per rep, went to other FedEx location while waiting for label, no label, called, spoke to rep, informed not to return couch, Huh, donated to charity. Overall experience was very poor. Generally have good experiences ordering online, but this was over the top.

This is unacceptable. These are small lounge couches for a small apartment not a home for a living room. The picture is deceiving and does not stand up to the standards the picture is showing. I have a family of 5" 6, 6" feet teenagers and they cannot fit on the couch comfortable, because it is not enough room for them. The pillows does not attach to couch.
