I have a hard time staying asleep. However, when I take this L-Theanine 200 mg by Carlyle I fall asleep easily and stay asleep pretty well. If I do wake up to use the bathroom, this supplement helps me fall back to sleep instead of being restless and awake. I don't forget to take this about a 1/2 hour before bedtime sometimes along with magnesium and if stressed, a gummy to help a bit more.

Since I began taking the recommended dose if this product each evening along with a small amount of melatonin , I am sleeping better than I have in years. It really helps.

Carlyle is a reputable brand, and the features of this L-Theanine suggest quality, although they need to be more specific to mean much. For example, "Lab tested" doesn't say "3rd-Party" Lab tested, dwhich is of course what ALL supplements should be. Given that the FDA fails us in not bothering with supplements, we need proof of quality, not always given. I have been asked to review this product several times since my (very recent) purchase, but feel that reviewing a supplement so soon is counterproductive (how do I know anything within a few days' use?), and that even when one has used a supplement for a long time, it can be difficult-to-impossible to prove the results one *thinks* might be due to the product, especially as many of us take more than one supplement at a time. Truthfully, the only way to be sure is through double-blind, well-controlled testing by independent parties.
