It is s always nice to experience the flavor(s) of my Ethnic Culture- these cookies being a favorite. Excellent taste and texture. Perfect quantity for the affordable price.

Grew up eating these Mexican made piggies. These r dry n not as sweet. Need more Molasses. Warm 15 sec for better softer taste.

Good flavor but on the dry sife, not like a freshly baked soft cookie would be. Whether or not I would recommed it would depend on the person I was talking to. If I already knew they liked this type of cookie moist then I definitley would not suggest it to them.

These cookies were a huge disappointment. The size, shape and color were great, but they were very dry and bland. The recipe needs at least double the molasses, cinnamon and ginger. These (normally called marranitos) are supposed to be tender, slightly moist but firm and have a definite gingerbread flavor. I have been eating different brands of these since about 1972. I discovered them when I moved to the Rio Grande valley and have loved them ever since. Please do better.

these are not the piggy's i remember from childhood. hard and crumbly but they will work with coffee.

I buy these often at Mexican bakeries, but they were sold out, so I tried these instead. What a disappointment! They're hard when they're supposed to be soft-baked. You might think dipping them in coffee would make them edible — not at all! There's no flavor whatsoever. I will never purchase these again.

It was like biting into a mouth full of lard. Because that's all I could taste. I thought that because they advertised it was made with molasses it would taste sweet like it. Big, NO. Just the over powering flavor of lard or whatever they used. And dry. It was so dry that when I dunked it into my coffee my coffee dried up. LoL. But, seriously. I mean c'mon. these are just way to thick. One would make about 3. There so thick. Make them thinner. Sell them at a quantity of 9 that would equal 3 for the same price maybe 6 do the math. I tried several different ways to serve. With frosting still way to dry, with syrup. Nope, did not absorb. They're just not very good. And they are very messy as far as crumbs go.

when I received this item it was past its pool date it was hard as a rock and could not be even bit into so I would say it was stale and no good
