I buy this on a regular basis now. It's good to have on hand. Good for breakfast, snack or anytime. Nice chocolate. I put it in the microwave for 15 secs. Turns out great! Really tasty. Smells good. Awesome shelf life. Good addition to your meal. Really nice. Highly recommend!
My husband and I both like the texture of these pastries. They have just the right amount of chocolate filling for the size. Inexpensive but very tasty with coffee or cocoa, they make a nice mid-day snack. I always try to keep a bag on hand for my husband. I'm diabetic but my sugar levels tend to run low so I keep one in the car for when we're traveling. At less than a dollar a piece, these are a great pick-me-up for when we're out. Highly recommend them. Linneaann
Found this delightful and tasty treat in the bread isle and gave it a try. In short, a wonderful tasty breakfast or daytime treat. Individually wrapped and always fresh. Not overly sweet with just a touch of dark chocolate. Croissant, light and airy and perfect portion sized. Would love to see if the company has any other product lines as these are delicious and packaged for on the go as well. Product made in France.
La Boulangère company has the best Croissant and brioche. The bread is so buttery without spreading any butter. It is a must bread to go every day from croissant to brioche!
I love these French chocolate croissants. Eating these croissants reminds me of breakfast in Paris. Great with coffee or hot chocolate ! French breakfast.
My whole family loves these, they are so delicious! It's an easy way to get my kiddos eat a little something for breakfast. They are generally not breakfast eaters. My son who doesn't like a ton of sweets always loves these.
The croissant is nice %26 soft. The only thing to make it 5 stars, is to put more chocolate filling. It's a lot of bread with chocolate filling, %26 not distributed evenly. If you're the type of "less is more", then, this is perfect for you. I'm the type of "more, more, more" if it's a chocolate croissant. Enjoy!
the reviews were wrong. I can make them homemade with canned croissants and Nutella beyter then this.
These are not croissants, it's soft bread. There are no layers, no buttery flavor, the chocolate is way too bitter, this tasted like biting into a white bread sandwich with cheap chocolate in it, except the white bread was mostly crust. The individual chocolate croissant that are the Walmart market side brand are truly 100x better, don't waste your money on these! I took one bite and threw the rest away. I can understand when a croissant doesn't have flaky layers from a bakery when you are buying something that isn't fresh but this truly has a soft bread texture, imagine a very soft slice of white bread but instead of the crust being at the edges, the crust is all the way around. Avoid these, it's not worth it.
Second time I've ordered them for delivery—and once again, they're over two weeks expired! I'll just get them at Costco next time. Good if not expired.
