I purchased this item because it was a color I rarely use and didn't want to spend much. Used today and was happy with color and it stayed on well without feathering.

LA Colors Lip Pencil. I am very much impressed with the quality of this lip pencil especially at t its price point! The color is bold and the application is smooth and it sharpens easily. This pencil compates well with more expensively priced brands. I will positively purchase again and definitely recommend others purchase as well.

Was subbed a lip liner instead of another brand of brow pencil.....had to go inside to return and get something else, I didnt want to go inside that was the reason for ordering online and just picking it up....
