The foundation is a little bit on the thinner side, but honestly, you could layer it on and just make sure you set it with some setting powder or just a little bit of setting powder mixed in with the foundation and it will be fine. But if you do like that bit more of thinner foundation then it's great.

THIS IS THE ONLY MAKEUP MY DAUGHTER HAS TRIED (AND SHE'S TRIED AT LEAST 30 DIFFERENT PRODUCTS) THAT GIVES HER FULL COVERAGE AND MAKES HER CONFIDENT LEAVING HER REDNESS IN THE REARVIEW MIRROR... SO FOR THAT WE LOVE IT!

I am very oily and this foundation is amazing!!
Highly recommend this product! I'm very oily and it's just perfect foundation. I have been using it for 10 years!!!!!! Have tried other more expensive ones and it still doesn't compare!

A lighter shade of porcelain but good product
I think it was a shade lighter than other brands' porcelain color but overall I'm pleased with it.

The PERFECT matte foundation
My holy grail foundation. There is no other foundation on the market that I have tried that works as well for me than L.A. Colors Truly Matte. I am super greasy, like greasy greasy, and finding a matte foundation that isn't cakey and thick when applied but still looks like beautiful skin is just short of a miracle. I couldn't love this foundation more, and the fact that it costs a fraction of most others is mind-boggling. Please, please never discontinue or change this product, you've created the perfect foundation and I can't imagine not having it because nothing else compares. Thank you!

The coverage is minimal. The color is actually lighter. But it applies smoothly. If you have no blemishes or areas you want to cover up then it's good.
