Good quality and easy to use!
I got this for Halloween to give my eyes the Smokey look, and it worked good. Easy to apply and blend. I'd buy again. You can also use as eye liner.

Perfect eyeliner
I normally buy the Revlon eyeliner felt tip, but Walmart was out of stock and I decided to get this instead and it works amazingly great. I love the dark black color and it glides on smoothly.

Don't Advertise If Do Not Have Merchandise
Well when I was told that the makeup I purchased wasn't in stock I thought okay well I know they have other dark black eyeliner … %26 from what Walmart said is no they have no other substitution options for this merchandise %26 I desperately needed this make up…
