Good and inexpensive
This eyeliner is the best, and most inexpensive liquid eyeliner that I have found to date. I have tried many, many black liquid eyeliners over time, and for the price... well, the price is unbeatable PERIOD. It stays on all day, it doesn't flake off or smudge... unless you sleep with it on all night long, then it might smudge a bit. Ha!

Precise Lines Without the High-End Price
Very impressed with this eyeliner for the price. The thin tip makes it easy to create precise lines in one smooth swoop, and the matte black color looks clean and defined. It performs comparably to some higher-end liners I have tried and stayed in place well throughout the day.

Didn't Work For Me!
I would say this is the worst eyeliner I have ever bought. Due to the cost, I should have known better. It's very hard to use, runs, and is terrible to apply. The only positive is that I do like the black color. I won't be using this eyeliner.

I bought the eyeliner based off the picture. Its not the eyeliner I received. Same brand, not the tube that was pictured.

not smudge proof if you have oily skin
I bought this because I have oily face and it said it was smudge proof but nothing beats waterproof. That’s what I get for trying to save a couple of dollars….
