Wrong Packaging- Trust what you KNOW
Notwithstanding the fiasco that were the circumstances surrounding pickup/returns at my local store, the item was mispackaged in the wrong blisterpack. The store team member insisted that it was the "lighting" that made the item appear black (item was picked up at dusk outside the store), and that it was (and was in fact labeled as such) purple. I got it home and opened it (rendering it non returnable at this point), and it was as I suspected- BLACK in the wrong SKU packet. The online pictue of the packaging showed a SKU for "Purple Potion" and a PURPLE dispenser/container with obviously grape-purple lipstick, but again, team member insisted it was the right product, so I hesitantly took it home, and opened it for closer inspection. So long story even longer, I can't review the actual product, since I didn't GET the actual product
