La Costeña Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, 7 oz

Love that I stumbled upon these! I use these for adobo chicken. I just add this whole can to some cut up chicken, season with salt, pepper, and garlic — then cook in the skillet until done. I pick out the peppers, serve on a bed of white rice and black beans. Spice is great for me — my husband says it's a little too spicy for him sometimes lol

Great product with authentic flavor. The chipotle peppers have a good amount of heat without being overwhelming, and the sauce is packed with smoky flavor. The only downside is that I rarely use the whole can at once, but it stores well in the refrigerator. Overall, a pantry staple in my kitchen.

This chipolte sauce is very good and makes awesome homemade enchilada sauce. Just be careful about how much you use as it is very spicy, hot. I use a small amount and freeze the rest for future use. I usually get three to four uses out of it. Good value and good product.

I can't comment on how these taste, as I didn't purchase them to eat. I bought them to use as organic clay to make the entire cast of my new stop-motion movie, "Pepe Goes to Harlem," coming soon to TikTok. The malleable texture of these peppers makes them PERFECT for shaping them into mudpiles, people and animals (albeit only purple ones). After I'm finished making the movie, I'll give them a nibble and update my review with thoughts on their taste. In the meantime....Quiet on the set, everyone!

I love this brand. I chop up all the peppers and mix the whole can with an 18oz raspberry preserves and drape the spread over a bar of cream cheese….its the best!

When I use this, it is to make a quick meal of Birria taco, ramen, soups. The heat is a tad bit high, but I believe it could be due to the seeds, so I will try removing them. I like to add some tomato chicken seasoning to it, which enhances the flavor with a slow cooking process that gives it a earthy taste after when letting it rest for about 30 mins in what ever dish you make.

This is one of the staples in my home. Always have a use for them and love the flavor! Generally, all use this in the wintertime for soups; it adds spiciness to the meal that warms you up. The flavor could be a bit spicier for my taste, but that's just me. What I don't like is that the cans are so small that at times I've got to use several to cook with for dinner time, family, and friends.

These chipotle peppers add so much flavor to recipes. The adobo sauce is smoky, rich, and has a nice kick without being overwhelmingly spicy. I like using them in tacos, chili, marinades, and even mixing a little into sour cream for an easy sauce. A little goes a long way, so one can lasts me through several meals.

It's probably just me. I just don't like the taste of this stuff at all. It sounded good whenever I got the ingredients. It's too hot for me and I just didn't like it. That's all there is to say.
